Agenda | 1. Vote to increase the total assets of the Fund and the supplementary annex to the Terms and Conditions of the Fund through the issuance of additional units (in-kind and in cash), provided that the increase in the Fund’s capital is between SAR 47,909,540 at the maximum and SAR 47,906,390 at the minimum. This is to complete the acquisition of Al Jawhara Residential Building in Riyadh.
The meeting must be attended by a number of Unit Holders who collectively own at least 25% of the value of the fund units. All unit holders who are registered at Securities Depository Center (Edaa) according to the unitholders register at the end of the trading session preceding the Unitholders’ meeting according to the laws and regulations.

E-Voting | Registration and voting on the Tadawulaty website will be available free of charge to all unitholders using the following link https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa/ir , and voting will begin on Friday 09/01/1447 H corresponding to 04/07/2025 G, provided that the voting period on the decision ends on the day of the meeting on Tuesday 13/01/1447 H corresponding to 08/07/2023 H at six thirty in the evening. |
