Description of the Event | Al Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital), in its capacity as the fund manager of Al Aziziah REIT Fund, announces that the Fund has collected an amount of SAR 1,478,673.75 relating to receivables for the years 2018 and 2019, as part of the Fund Manager’s efforts to follow up and collect the outstanding financial receivables due from Eskan for Development and Investment Company (The Company), as a former tenant.
Accordingly, there are no remaining outstanding amounts due from The Company. |
