Wasatah Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alwaha REIT Fund for period from fund inception until 30 June 2023 as follows:

1.       Total distributed dividends 6,450,000 Saudi Riyals.

2.       Cash Distributions will be made on the basis of 15,000,000 outstanding units.

3.       The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.43 Saudi Riyal for each unit.

4.       The distribution ratio is 3.72 % of the net value of assets as of 12/12/1444 H.), corresponding to 30/06/2023 G

5.       Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday, date 02/01/1445 H, corresponding to 20/07/2023 G (End of trading in Tuesday 30/12/1444 H corresponding to 18/07/2023 G).

6.       Distributions shall be paid within (15) working days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions
