With reference to the announcement by AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) dated 27/05/1447 H corresponding to 18/11/2025, regarding the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors to change the name of the fund from “SICO Saudi REIT Fund” to “Al Aziziah REIT Fund”, AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) would like to clarify that the name change became effective as of 11/06/1447 H corresponding to 02/12/2025.
