AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alwaha REIT Fund for period from 01/01/2026 to 30/06/2026 as follows:
- Dividends maturity period:
Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Monday, date 04/03/1448 H, corresponding to 17/08/2026 G (End of trading in Thursday 30/02/1448 H corresponding to 13/08/2026 G).
- Total distributed dividends: 6,926,833.90 Saudi Riyals.
- Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 19,790,954 units.
- Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: 0.35 Saudi Riyal for each unit.
- Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value (%): 2.71 %
- Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value as of: 15/01/1448H corresponding to 30/06/2026G
- Cash Distribution Entitlements to Unitholders Shall be Based on the Unitholder Register on the End of: 04/03/1448 H, corresponding to 17/08/2026 G
- Distributions will be paid (number of days): Distributions shall be paid within (30) working days.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
