AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital) announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alwaha REIT Fund for period from 01/07/2024 to 31/12/2024 as follows:
· Dividends maturity period:
Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Wednesday, date 27/08/1446 H, corresponding to 26/02/2025 G (End of trading in Monday 25/08/1446 H corresponding to 24/02/2025 G).
· Total distributed dividends: 5,250,000 Saudi Riyals.
· Number of Outstanding Units on which Cash Distributions will be Distributed: 15,000,000 units.
· Amount of Dividends Distributed per Unit: 0.35 Saudi Riyal for each unit.
· Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value (%): 2.74 %
· Distribution Ratio of the Net Assets Value as of: 30/06/1446H corresponding to 31/12/2024 G
· Cash Distribution Entitlements to Unitholders Shall be Based on the Unitholder Register on the End of: 27/08/1446 H corresponding to 26/02/2025 G
· Distributions will be paid (number of days): Distributions shall be paid within (15) working days.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions
