AL Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital(, in its capacity as the Fund Manager of Al Waha REIT Fund, announces the successful completion of the additional offering to increase the total assets of the Fund. The offering period concluded on Monday, 03/02/1447H corresponding to 28/07/2025G, The offering was oversubscribed by (109.64%), and total subscription proceeds amounting to SAR 24,929,750
(excluding the in-kind contribution value).
The allocation of units was carried out in accordance with the allocation mechanism detailed in Supplement (1) of the Fund’s Terms and Conditions. Priority was given to existing unitholders registered on the day of the unitholders’ meeting, followed by other investors based on their respective categories and participation levels.
Refunds for excess subscription amounts will be processed within 15 business days from the end of the offering period. The newly issued units will be listed and traded within 60 business days, subject to completion of all regulatory requirements.
